CANCELLATIONS AND OVERTIME

You must contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel your booking. If written notice of cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to the first date booked, client shall be responsible for 100% of daily rate for each day booked. Payment in full is due at checkout, prior to the first rental day booked. Overtime encompasses any time outside of the scheduled booking hours. The client is responsible for paying for the time used.

STUDIO CLEANLINESS + DAMAGES

Renter agrees to leave the premises and all furnitures, props and fixtures in the same condition as they were when Renter arrived. Renter agrees to not move the designer couch unless given prior permission. Please contact the host for special assistance with moving heavy items prior to booking. If substantial damage is done to floors or props, you will be charged a minimum of $200, depending on the damage. If Renter does not return space to a reasonable condition and cleanliness when Renter arrived, company will charge a cleaning fee of $100. If there are significant damages or missing items, company will charge a fee depending on the case.  If cups / kitchenware is used, please rinse in the bathroom sink down the hall. 

All items brought to the premises by Renter are to be removed by Renter the day of their rental (i.e., Sets, Props, Client Owned Equipment).  Any arrangement to leave anything in the studio beyond the day of the client’s rental MUST be agreed to in writing prior to your rental date. We appreciate it if you remove all tape (if used) on the floor prior to leaving the studio.

BACKDROP USAGE

The backdrop is a 4 roller device that holds 3 typical colors: white, black and green. Please neatly tear or cut off your portion of paper if very visibly dirty or ripped. Each session you have access to 1 free pull per color. If you think you’ll need more, it’s an extra $15 per pull. You can add this on to your session at checkout. 

PRIVACY POLICY

There is a small motion sensor security camera installed in the left corner of the space near the entrance. Your session will NOT be watched or intruded upon. It is purely for dispute purposes and will only be reviewed should any issues arise.
